How do I track my order?

All our products are issued via track and trace deliveries, we will provide you the delivery reference number(s), which you can use on the carrier site to track your order. 

How do I exchange?

You have 30 days to exchange items. For exchanges you can contact us directly to inform us the item(s) you wish to exchange for your current purchase. We will then request that you refund the existing item back to us. Once we receive the item(s) we will produce the requested item(s) for you and deliver. Should the price of new item(s) be higher, we will expect you to pay the difference before production, if it is lower than we will return the excess to you. See below for returns.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to return unused item(s) that are in their original condition. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, 

  • download the refund form, then simply complete the form and email back to us. 

  • You can refuse to accept item(s) from our delivery carrier, so they can comeback directly to us. 

  • Alternatively place the item(s) in the original shipping parcel or any other suitable parcel packaging, cover the original address label, securely seal your parcel using an adhesive strip, and post back to us.

  • You must return the products with their original packaging, complete with all related accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes, together with the original invoice. 

  • We always advise you to use track and trace delivery services to refund items, as we will only issue refund of items we receive.
